Bangkok / 23 May 2014 – Bangkok Airways waives fees for rebooking and refunding for all passengers who wish to amend their travel plans or cancel flights. Rebooking flights or refunds can be processed without charges for passengers holding Bangkok Airways tickets for travel up to 31 May 2014.
Passengers can make any necessary changes by contacting their travel agent or call Bangkok Airways’s Call center on 1771 or E-mail at reservation@bangkokair.com
Furthermore, Bangkok Airways would like to inform that all Bangkok Airways flights still operate as usual. Passengers are being advised to bring necessary travel documents including national identification card or passport and allow extra time when travel to the Suvarnabhumi airport.
